Reflections on starting work on a company

There are a few key problems I face currently.

First, validating my idea. This is tricky because of the nature of the software I intend to build–it's not as straightforward as the missing supply for robotics data, nor something for which a simple MVP will suffice. It's an opinion on how people in an organisation should ideally work as the number of AI tools continues to increase. I appreciate the principle underneath–details and intelligence at the individual level being aggregated to make a decision. I am also of the opinion that many things less important than an immediately identifiable connection to the world influence the success of a suggestion. Assuredness of the people suggesting the change, their pedigree to a much lesser extent, their appearance to an even lesser extent, and more that I can't think of right now. I think this is fairly important for me to understand and it also explains the disparity between capable people and accomplished people. There are many skillful people in the world, and they often complain about less skillful people accomplishing things in their instead. The skill mismatch between them and the other causes them great discomfort. However, this could be resolved if they opened themselves to the possibility that they are misperceiving: the capacity to do something may not be the most influential factor in the acceptance of their suggestion; more basic and somewhat inexplicable things like the assuredness of the suggester might be. I think this is because intangible qualities and perception of others permeate human lives, and much more so than any particular capacity. To put it simply, even though we find abilities impressive, we care significantly more about and detect the subtleties of an individual's expression.

The second problem is attracting people to join me. I am doing something wrong but can't quite figure out what it is.
