Summer

Right now–ideal summer would be spending six weeks learning French in Paris, one month in San Francisco figuring my shit out & meeting people and then one month in India doing my research. I think this would be quite awesome because I'm genuinely hoping to be able to learn French and be immersed in that culture. I admire Europeans' approach to living life; fresh, relaxed. Then, of course, the most relentless and impactful place in the world: San Francisco. In all honesty I don't specifically care what I do as long as it involves speaking to people. That's most of what I want to do anyways. In the process, I want to start working on my idea(s).

Research in India is probably most important to me personally. I think my startup will be based off of it in some way. I also think it's an important question to answer and perhaps more importantly (..) an important question to ask. What are Indian values? Fuck the South Asian grouping and trying to adjust our honest thoughts in order to fit a label that is for the ease of the West's understanding. Being specific, what are our values, do they align with our history, how do they manifest in our behaviour and how can we correctly harness them for our development.

I sincerely believe that affecting an individual's approach to life can, at scale, allow us to create massive change inductively. I think attempting to solve so many problems from so many different angles simultaneously fucks with itself. The system crashes, inevitably. If we redirect all truly non-essential effort towards atomic-level change–get the scales to tip themselves the right way (the right way=any genuine way)–then I believe we will achieve much greater things together.
